Only what you choose to send us: your name, company, email, phone number and the details of your project when you use the quotation form, the charger finder, WhatsApp or email. We also receive anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) from our hosting provider.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site survey and deliver the work you request. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are handled by those services under their own privacy terms. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. We share project details with manufacturers or authorities only when needed to deliver your project (for example Kahramaa approvals).
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as warranty, maintenance and legal obligations require.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
